Marilyn Duncan Wiltshire is an accomplished Special Events Planner and a member of Weddings Beautiful Worldwide, the International Special Events Society and the Association of Bridal Consultants.

After obtaining a BA from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia), Montreal, Canada, she began her career as a teacher in Jamaica. She obtained a Diploma in Education at UWI, Mona and on her return to Trinidad in 1983 entered the field of Human Resource Management.
It was in her position as Manager of Training and Development, that her skills for planning, organizing and executing successful conferences, seminars, meetings and training programs, were honed.

She ventured into the general area of Event Planning before finding her niche in the Wedding market. She is the founder and owner of her own Wedding Planning Service which has been responsible for the coordination and production of many successful local weddings and is associated with many of the country’s more prominent service providers.

She has also earned the Certified Wedding Specialist designation from Weddings Beautiful Worldwide and plans a great many “destination” weddings here in Trinidad for brides who reside abroad.
