Hours of Operation
For your convenience, our showroom is open from Monday to Friday during the hours of 8:00a.m to 4:00pm, and Saturdays from 8:00am to 12 noon. For events requiring a considerable amount of consultation time, please call and set up an appointment with one of our experienced Party Consultants. We shall be happy to share our experience with you in person at our showroom or on the telephone


Care of Equipment

(i)   Please return all Party Items rented to you (i.e Dinnerware, Flatware, Glassware etc.) in a clean manner and in the containers provided by P & S
(ii)  Kindly avoid candle grease spillage on the tablecloths and on napkins made available to you. Wrap soiled tablecloths and napkins in a table cloth to prevent mildew
(iii) Do not use Plastic Bags or fold damp tablecloths when returning after function
(iv)  Please ensure that there is water in the water pan of the Chafer/Warmer before usage; this also applies to the use of the Perculator
(v)   Extra Charges will accrue if items are returned damaged or necessitate replacement

Delivery Charges

(i)   Prices for delivery are based on  "round-trip" service
(ii)  The standard rate includes ground floor delivery. An additional fee will be charged for delivery to other areas of the Premises
(iii) Charges for pick-up and delivery are based on location
(iv) Late night and Sunday deliveries and pick-up are subject to additional charges. With advance notice, special delivery instruction or set-up requirements will be quoted on an individual basis. When placing your order, please explain to our consultants your particular delivery needs.

Security Deposit

In addition to Rental Charges which must be paid in advance, a Security Deposit is required on all orders accepted by us. It is advisable that you check the quantities and condition of all items rented to you. Your signature is therefore required to confirm that you have received the rental items. All rented items are the responsibility of the customer when in their custody, and should be stored in a secured area protected from the elements. There is also a charge for missing or damaged items and for the short-returned transportation containers

Reservations

Are recommended well in advance to ensure the availability of your equipment. A Deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is collectible when an order is placed with us
